This site is not BK8 customer support
BK8 Malaysia (bk8malaysia.net) is an affiliate guide. We can’t see your BK8 account, your balance or your transactions, and we can’t approve withdrawals or bonuses. Please don’t send us passwords, IC numbers, bank details or screenshots that show them. If someone claiming to be “BK8 Malaysia” asks you for those details, it isn’t us. Read about who runs this guide.
How to reach BK8 support
BK8’s contact page says its member support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through live chat and its official Telegram account (@official_bk8en). Live chat is the fastest route for anything to do with your account:
- Go to BK8 through a link you trust, such as our log-in link, and open the chat icon on BK8’s site.
- Give your username, never your password.
- Explain the problem and ask for a reference or ticket number.
BK8 lists live chat and Telegram for Malaysian players; we couldn’t find an official WhatsApp support number. The only email address in BK8’s FAQ, info@bk8.com, is for personal data requests, not general support. Be careful with any WhatsApp or Telegram account that messages you first and claims to be BK8. Our safe login guide explains how scammers use fake support accounts.
What to include in a support request
A clear first message gets a faster answer. Include:
- your BK8 username (not your password)
- the date, time and amount of the deposit or withdrawal
- the payment method, for example Touch ‘n Go or FPX, and the transaction or reference ID
- a screenshot of the error or the pending transaction, with card and account numbers covered
- what you have already tried, such as resubmitting KYC documents
For withdrawal delays, check the usual causes first: unfinished KYC, a name mismatch with your bank, or unmet bonus wagering. The withdrawal guide has a troubleshooting table.
If you can’t resolve a dispute
- Ask for escalation. Request a supervisor through live chat and ask for a written decision with the reason.
- Check the terms. Compare the decision with the bonus or account terms you saved.
- Contact the licensing body. BK8 states that it is licensed in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under ALSI-202504032-FI2. BK8’s footer names the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan as its regulator. Look up the regulator’s own complaint process, quote the licence number and attach your records.
Be realistic about step 3. An offshore regulator has no power in Malaysia, and Malaysia doesn’t license online casinos, so there is no local regulator to complain to. Our FAQ on the legal position explains why.
If a dispute is causing you stress, or you’re chasing losses to recover the money, stop and talk to someone. Befrienders Kuala Lumpur is available 24 hours on 03-7627 2929. More options are on our responsible gaming page.
How to contact this guide’s editors
Write to us for factual corrections, outdated bonus terms, broken links or questions about how we work. Tell us the page, the statement and, if you can, a source for the correct information.
We read every message, and we aim to fix confirmed errors within a few working days. We don’t offer betting tips, and we can’t intervene in BK8 account decisions. Our editorial standards explain how corrections are handled.
If you’re asking about partnerships, start with the BK8 affiliate programme page. For how we handle any data you send us, see the privacy policy and the site’s terms and conditions.
