1. About these terms
By using bk8malaysia.net (“this site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The site is run by its owner, independently of BK8 and its operator, Mettlemind Tech Ltd.
These terms cover this website only. If you open an account with BK8, your relationship with BK8 is governed by BK8’s own terms and conditions, which you should read before registering.
2. Information only
Everything on this site is general information about the BK8 platform, its games, payments and promotions. It is not:
- legal advice about gambling law in Malaysia or anywhere else
- financial, tax or investment advice
- a promise that you will win, or that any bet or strategy will be profitable

3. Age and eligibility
This site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. BK8 itself requires players to be at least 18, but Malaysia sets 21 as the minimum age for its licensed gaming, and other places set their own limits. BK8 names, logos, promotional banners and provider logos belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the products we describe.
